I have been thinking about doing laser eye surgery for a long time, but wasn't a good candidate until a year or so ago. After thinking on it for a long time, I decided to move forward...any questions or concerns I had about the procedure and potential risks were very professionally and honestly answered by the wonderful staff at Baker Eye. The surgery was a breeze, recovery was quick and relatively pain free and the follow up by the staff made me feel like my eyes were as important to Dr. Baker and his staff as they are to me! Having the iLASIK procedure was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had worn glasses and contacts for over 16 years, and was tired of the hassle and discomfort. I had researched many different options for corrective eye surgery, so to have the opportunity to have the most advanced and current procedure done was great. My prescription was very strong, I couldn't see anything with out glasses or contacts, so when I woke up the following day I was very surprised by the results, my sight was 20/20, and I am still seeing perfectly. The procedure was very easy, and pain free. The process was very straight forward, and I was talked through every step of the procedure. I would recommend the iLASIK procedure to anyone who is thinking about it. I can wake up now and not have to put on my glasses or contacts before I start my day.
