BEI works with you at every step of the process to help with every aspect of care. While we can't fund your procedures directly, we do work with financing companies that may assist you where insurance fails.

Care Credit: Baker Eye Institute offers multiple payment plans through Care Credit, including $0 down -- 0% interest.  Contact our office for more information about available plans.  The application process is quick and easy.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): LASIK surgery, cataract surgery, glasses and contact lenses are qualified medical expenses under the Flexible Spending Account guidelines. This pre-taxed income can be set aside to pay for elective procedures such as LASIK. Contact your employer for more information about enrollment.

Set up your free screening to determine if you are a good candidate for LASIK, then you will know how much to set aside in your FSA account.

Insurance: We will file your insurance paperwork for you. Co-pays and non-insured balances are due prior to leaving the office.

Most health insurance plans do not cover LASIK. However, some do offer a discount. Please contact your insurance provider to see what discount is available.

VSP, Vision Service Plan: Baker Eye Institute is part of the network of providers for VSP. Individual benefits will vary. Contact VSP to verify your eligibility.
